The Anger Iceberg is a printable anger management activity for pre-teens and teens. This resource helps your teenager to explore all the different emotions that lead to anger.

How the Anger Iceberg works

Anger is an accumulation of different emotions. Like an iceberg, what we see on the surface can be very different to what is going on below the surface. Whilst above the surface we show that we are angry, below feeling run much deeper. This activity is all about helping your teen become more aware of their emotions and the emotions that lead to anger outbursts.

Directions:

Write down what you show on the outside when you are angry on the tip of the iceberg. Then write down what you feel on the part of the iceberg hidden below the water.
