Children’s Mental Health Week Resources 2026

This resource has been created to support Children’s Mental Health Week 2026, which focuses on the theme of belonging. It can be used during the week itself or as part of ongoing wellbeing and PSHE work.

Children’s Mental Health Week 2026 takes place between 9th-15th February. This year’s theme highlights how feeling safe, accepted and included plays a vital role in children’s mental health and wellbeing. When children feel they belong - in their families, friendships, schools and communities - they are more likely to feel confident, supported and able to cope with challenges. Children’s Mental Health Week encourages adults to create spaces where children feel listened to, valued and supported to be themselves.
