This creative activity invites them to map out their dreams, hopes and goals on a symbolic path. A new meditation will be uploaded on the first Monday of each month.

February's Calming Meditation Script for Children and Teens

Perfect for children, teens, or even as a group activity, this meditation focuses on breathing techniques and visualisation to promote relaxation, kindness and emotional warmth.

About This Resource

In this meditative journey, children are invited to imagine themselves wrapped in a cosy blanket of warmth, creating a mental space of peace and comfort. Through deep breathing and visualisation, the focus is on a glowing heart that represents self-love and personal well-being. This heart grows brighter with each breath, spreading warmth throughout the body and allowing participants to feel centred and at ease.
