Sunset Seeds – Planting Hopes for the Year Ahead
A calming, summer-themed mindfulness activity to help children and teens reflect, set intentions, and prepare for the new school year - Pair with our August Meditation!
Sunset Seeds is a mindful, creative activity designed to help children enjoy the last golden days of summer while gently looking ahead to new beginnings. This resource carries on the imagery of planting seeds to encourage goal-setting from our August Meditation.
About This Resource
This printable includes an illustrated Sunset Seed Packet template and space for children to write down their personal hopes, goals, and wishes for the next school year. They then decorate their packet, tuck it away, and let their “seeds” bloom in their own time.
