Inspired by our Sunbeam Path meditation script for June, this resource gives young people a way to offload their worries, lighten emotional loads, and visually express their inner world, all on a glowing beam of sunlight.

About This Resource

My Sunbeam Path offers children a calming space to connect with how they feel, using imagery of light and warmth to gently explore and release thoughts, worries, or emotions that may feel heavy or overwhelming.

The worksheet features a softly illustrated golden sunbeam winding across the page, inviting children to write or draw their feelings, then imagine the light carrying them away, just as it does in the meditation.

How to Use

  1. Print the “My Sunbeam Path” worksheet and set up a calm, quiet space.

  2. Invite the child or teen to imagine their own sunbeam, glowing and peaceful.

  4. As they work, remind them: This light is strong and kind. It can carry anything too heavy to hold.
