About This Meditation Script

The Light Within You is a guided, child-friendly meditation designed especially for May, when the days grow brighter and longer, and nature reminds us of warmth and renewal. This calming script invites young minds to imagine a gentle, glowing light inside their chest. Through mindful breathing and visualisation, they learn that this light represents their calm, kindness, and strength, even when they feel unsure, upset, or overwhelmed.

How to Use
