As they fill the balloons with their happy memories, they'll create a visual reminder of the simple pleasures that light up their lives.
Instructions:
- Reflect on Happiness - Take a moment to think about the times when you feel truly happy and content. Consider both big moments and small everyday joys that have bring a smile to your face. Perhaps it's scoring a winning goal or having your favourite lunch!
- Write in the Balloons - In each balloon, write down a specific occasion or experience that makes you feel happy. It could be spending time with loved ones, achieving a personal goal, or simply enjoying a favourite activity.
- Create Your Visual Reminder - Once you've filled in the balloons, colour in and admire your creation. Close your eyes and think about those special moments and take a big deep breath in and out. How do you feel now?
