My Support Network is all about helping your children learn who they can talk to and trust. Having a support network is a huge protective factor in a child’s life, helping them to feel safe and listened to.

Directions: Have your child colour in, paint or decorate the hand. Then, write down the names of five people they trust and can talk to about anything. Let them know that this is their support network, the people in their lives that they can go to when they are upset, angry or wish to talk about something that’s on their mind.

You could even ask your child to memorise which person they place on each finger so that when they don’t have the resource to hand they can look at their own hand and remember who is there for them!
