Kindness Challenge for Kids - Hope and Positivity Resource - Research and Record Acts of Kindness from around the world, the community and the home!
In response to the recent tragic events, we have created two Kindness Challenges designed to help children focus on the positive aspects of the world around them and spread kindness and cheer. This activity encourages children to seek out acts of kindness and engage in kind acts themselves, helping to build a sense of hope and positivity.
About This Resource
The Kindness Challenge is a multi-faceted resource that encourages children to discover acts of kindness in various settings: globally, within their community, and at home. Additionally, it prompts them to perform a final kind act for their own well-being. This resource also doubles as a colouring sheet, making it a versatile tool for youth groups, holiday clubs and parents in light of the recent Southport attack and riots.

- Download and Print: Start by downloading and printing the Kindness Challenge sheet.
- Explore Kind Acts: Encourage children to find examples of kindness from around the world, in their community, and at home.
- Perform Kind Acts: Have children undertake a kind act to nurture their own mind.
- Colour and Reflect: Children can colour the sheet as they reflect on the positive aspects of their discoveries and actions and how they can complete their own acts of kindness.

- Hope and Optimism: Reinforces the idea that there is a lot of good in the world and that most people are kind.
