Ready to go on a bug hunt?

This week we are earning our Explorer Badge by going on a Bug Safari. We want your little explorers to go out into open spaces, parks or even their back gardens and hunt for bugs - look under rocks and stones, on logs or trees - and tick off or colour all the bugs on our sheet as they go.

We have also included some Bug Fact Cards too so that your children can learn just how fascinating and important bugs are! - Every insect has its place in our eco-system.

This activity can help children feel focused, calm and grounded by connecting with nature and their surroundings.
