Our September meditation script uses the image of an open book to encourage children to see the new school year as a fresh chapter, full of possibility. This gentle guided practise helps them let go of worries from the past and step into September with calm, curiosity, and courage. Use with our Open Book activity sheet which invites children to reflect and create their own “chapter” for the month, continuing the calm and reflection.
