Week Four, Activity One - Secret Helper Mission - Helper Badge

"You’ve been chosen by MI5 for a highly classified mission: Operation Help. Your task? Spread kindness by helping others, without being asked! Complete five secret missions this week to earn your Helper Badge. Write your missions on your Mission Card and tick them off as you complete each one. Once you’ve finished, report back to HQ by completing your Secret Agent Report on the next page. Good luck, Agent. The world is counting on you."

Encourage your child to step into the role of a secret agent this week and complete a very important mission: to help others and spread kindness without being asked. Helping others isn’t just about helping them feel good; it’s great for our own wellbeing too! When we practise kindness, it boosts our own confidence and self esteem, and even improves our mood.

About this activity:

This activity is top secret! Begin by inviting your child to choose their Secret Agent name and write it on their Mission Card. Then, ask them to pick five helpful missions, they can be big or small, and tick them off one by one as you complete them. We've included some examples in case they get stuck!

Once all their missions are done, fill in your Mission Feedback Report and send it back to HQ. You can do this by sending a photo of the finished report to hello@behappyresources.co.uk, we can’t wait to hear from our top secret agents!
