How It Works

Our free octopus offer works pretty seamlessly, as long as you’ve provided the correct details when signing up, you should receive your octopus in the post within the next three weeks. This offer is extremely popular, so sometimes, we may fall a little behind, but not to worry, we are always working our way through the list! If it’s been over three weeks and you haven’t received your toy, it’s time to get in touch with us at hello@behappyresources.co.uk – it may mean we are missing some details for you. We will normally try to contact you three times to ask for more details, but after this, we will file your octopus away until you realise it may be lost and get in touch!

Colours May Vary

We send so many octopuses out that sadly we do not have the capacity to offer you a choice in colour yet. However, if you email us a preferred colour after sign up, we will always try our best to accommodate your wishes.

Please Be Patient

We work extremely hard to send our octopuses out and ensure we have the stock, sometimes, stock deliveries can get delayed or we have more sign-ups than expected. We will always try to get your octopus to you within three weeks from your sign-up date.

Can Not Be Used With Other Offers

Our free octopus offer can only be used when paying full price for an annual plan and cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code.

Only One Octopus Per Customer

Sadly we can only send out one octopus per customer. This means if you resign up after your annual plan has ended you will not receive another octopus.
