Happy News is our much-loved one-page weekly news leaflet for children and teens, bringing together the feel-good, inspiring, weird and wonderful stories happening across the globe.
Children and young people are surrounded by news every day – through social media, TV, online content, adult conversations and even the playground – and unfortunately, much of what reaches them focuses on the bad.
We created Happy News to offer a little balance. A place where good news gets the spotlight, showing children that alongside the difficult things happening in the world, there are also people doing incredible things, animals making remarkable recoveries, exciting discoveries being made, acts of kindness taking place and plenty of stories that simply make us smile.
