About This Resource
In this activity, children are invited to draw a self-portrait or stick a photo of themselves into our mirror template. Around the mirror, they’re encouraged to decorate and add heart shapes filled with kind, encouraging words about themselves. Once complete, the mirror can be cut out and displayed as a daily reminder of their unique qualities — a simple yet powerful way to practise positive self-talk and support emotional wellbeing.

Ask the child to draw themselves in the mirror or stick in a photo - don't forget to have them write their name too!
