Resource Info

Fans of Netflix's popular show Wednesday will undoubtedly be aware of the stark and loveable differences between Enid and Wednesday. Enid is known for her vibrant, bubbly and optimistic personality, whereas Wednesday is gloomier, sad and much more dispirited.

We love the way the show normalises both of these opposite ends of the emotional spectrum and think this is a great way to get pre-teens and teens talking about and exploring their own emotions. Using these characters, this resource can help your children to develop self-awareness over their own emotional triggers, which can help them to build coping skills and limit environmental stressors.
