Resource Info
It is said that when we stare at ourselves for long enough in the mirror, we start to see all our faults instead of the things that make us beautiful and unique. In this activity, we want to challenge this and turn it around, by asking your children to stare at themselves in the mirror and then list all the things they love about themselves. That way, whenever they look at themselves in the mirror, they are reminded to see all the things they like, instead of the things they don’t like.
Good for: self-esteem, confidence boosting, positive thinking, self love.
