If you have purchased an annual plan then you may have received one of our popular emotion octopus plush toys! These little guys are great for helping young children communicate and explore happy and sad feelings.

We've created this activity to help your children get to know their octopus and help them build important emotional literacy skills. What makes their octopus happy? What makes their octopus sad? Perhaps they could draw on their own experiences as they ponder the octopuses feelings!
