Resource Info

Letting Go of My Thoughts is a visualisation worksheet to help children explore and release worries and unhelpful thoughts.

Directions: Have your child write three unhelpful thoughts or worries in our balloons, then ask them to imagine themselves letting go of the balloons – their worries – and watching them float away into the sky.

This activity introduces the concept of visualisation for releasing worries and thoughts, by imagining our worries floating away.

Good for: easing worries, anxiety, unhelpful thoughts, thought management.
