Make an Acts of Kindness Jar at home or in your classroom and teach children the importance of being kind to others! A Kindness Jar can also help your children channel big emotions into something positive. Feel-good vibes guaranteed!
MAKE YOUR OWN KINDNESS JAR
You'll need:
• An empty mason jar
• Stickers/labels
• Ribbon
Step 1: Ensure your mason jar is nice and clean and ready to be used as your new Kindness Jar.
Step 2: Decorate your mason jar with whatever you like - stickers, ribbon, or glitter - but make sure it's things that make you feel happy!
Step 3: Write your name on the label and stick it on the front of the jar.
Step 4: Your Kindness Jar is now ready!
Step 5: Print out our cards, fill in and add to your jar.
Each day pick one out to decide your random act of kindness!
