Resource Info

We recently came across the term 'Glimmers' as the opposite of triggers and we just love it. A glimmer is something that makes you feel good and inspires hope.

In this activity, we want your children and teens to think about their glimmers and their triggers. Which things make them feel good and helpful emotions, what helps them to shine? Then, which things cause them to feel those unhelpful emotions such as anger or worry and what really dulls their sparkle?

This is a wonderful mental health resource that will help children and young people explore the things that make them feel good and the things that make them feel not so good, helping them to manage their stressors and environment and become aware of their emotional responses.
