How to Use:

  1. Download and Print - If you're a member, click the 'Download Now' button and print the emotion flashcards. You'll find a set of flashcards featuring emotions such as Joy, Sad, Anger, Embarrassed, Fear, and Anxiety, along with their associated secondary emotions.
  2. Explore Emotions - Introduce the flashcards to children and discuss each emotion along with its related secondary emotions. Encourage children to talk about what they learned from the film and if they can recall a time they felt each primary feeling.
  3. Check-In Sheet - Encourage children to use the check-in sheet to reflect on their own emotions each day. They can choose a primary emotion that best represents how they're feeling, and then use the cards to select one or more secondary emotions that describe their current emotional state if they wish.
