It's the season of falling leaves, Halloween, pumpkin spice and harvest vegetables! Autumn has got to be one of our favourite seasons to explore using our senses - so much changes from those summer months. Darker evenings, crisper weather, new warming foods and flavours! Help your children explore the season and welcome in the fall with this mindful activity.

  • Grounding activity - using our senses helps us to feel grounded and present. We don't often stop to notice the world around us, so finding a few minutes to appreciate the beauty of the season is great for our mental health. For extra mindfulness points why not complete this activity outside?
