Mindfulness Activity

This is a great mindfulness activity to try with your little one or class which also helps to teach a very important grounding technique using all five senses!

This mindfulness activity sheet for children is great for early years children or a great discussion sheet for preschoolers. Pick one thing from inside and one thing from outside and have your child(ren) explain it using each of their senses - they can either write it down in the box provided or talk to you. This is also a very useful grounding technique for helping during times of emotional distress.
